• Moral Group was established on 5th December 2007 at Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh and the Head Office of the company is situated in the capital of Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow.

• The first company of Moral Group is "Moral Capital Services Pvt. Ltd." which is now become a Public Ltd Company.
• Moral Group also sells the Life Insurance Policies and General Insurance of certain insurance companies.
• In 2009, Moral Group took an entry into fields of Real Estate under the brand name of Moral Honour City. 31 township (projects) are running currently and planning to launch more new townships in different states of India soon.
• Also in 2010, Moral Group came into the field of Pharma with “Moral Pharmaceuticals.” The tag line of Moral Pharma is “Jeevem Shardah Shatam” which means, “May you live 100 years.” Currently, there are 3 divisions of Moral Pharmaceuticals. The first division is operated through the medical representative in Traditional Pharma Business System (S.B.U.- I), Second division, which is also called “Public Health Mission” (S.B.U.-II) “ is working in 29 states of India. Under Moral Health and Personal Care, a large range of more than 300 products of Personal Care, Food Products, Garments, House Hold Products, Lifestyle Products and Bio Magnetic Products were launched. In 2014, Moral Group brought a large series of Organic Agro products between our farmers which are capable to bring a “New Agricultural Revolution”.
